  I saw your website re: USDA Rural Housing loan that doesn’t require a down payment, low interest rates, etc. Is this program only available for first time home buyers? If so, is there a similar program for current home owners who need to move from current home due to be closer to work?

  Do you also know anything about renting current homes that have no equity? How about the 4 house rules? Anything you can provide would be great.
